Solomon Osoko - Dean CIBS - has a deep passion for developing leaders and planting life-giving churches.
Under his leadership CIC has not just developed CILT (Christ International Leadership Training)- a full in-house program for grooming leaders, the ministry has evolved into full-time academic Institute CIBS (Christ International Bible School), that has produced graduates in the past years. We offer Diploma to students who attend one full year course, Advance Diploma to those who attend a two-year course and an Associate Degree in Theology to those who complete our three-year course in theology. With additional credits obtained from our Partner Colleges and Universities, our third-year students will be awarded Swiss accredited Bachelor's degree in Theology and Management (EDUQUA).

The Jewish and the Christian traditions have always been built on the study of God from the Bible. Our faculty of theology, following this culture, is devoted to in-depth study of the character and attributes of God, His laws and government and other biblical doctrines. We offer various courses and hands-on training for people preparing for ministry or simply pursuing research in any of the specialized fields of theology we cover.
The goals and objectives of Faculty of Theology include to:
• Provide God-fearing and people serving Christian leadership for the church and the wider society.
• Promote efficient and effective training in areas of Biblical Studies, Systematic Theology, Theological Ethics, History of Church, Pastoral Theology and other relevant areas of studies.
